These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Remloc app and website (the “Service”), operated by Remloc. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Remloc

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a child's use of the Service and for helping keep account credentials secure.

2. Reminders are best-effort, not a guarantee

Remloc uses your device's location and background geofencing to trigger reminders. Delivery depends on factors outside our control — including GPS accuracy, your device settings, operating-system background limits, battery-saver modes, and network conditions.

• Do not rely on Remloc for safety-critical, medical, or time-critical alerts. A reminder may be delayed or fail to fire.
• Always follow local laws and stay attentive while driving, cycling, or operating equipment. Do not interact with the app in a way that distracts you while in motion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harm others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is abusive, infringing, or illegal.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the reminders, notes, and other content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & payments

Remloc may offer paid plans or features. Where it does, pricing, billing, and renewal terms will be shown at the point of purchase and handled through the applicable app store. [Add your specific subscription, trial, and refund terms here.]

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as map and authentication providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for their services.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remloc will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from a missed, delayed, or failed reminder.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law
